Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive has been used for maximum heat dissipation. It ensures that that the thermal adhesive has been used on this product to ensure the maximum heat transfer from the silicon surface.

• Best aluminium – ensures best fin efficiency and fin effectiveness

Aluminium alloy 1050A has been used as the metal. This is the consumer grade best aluminium alloy for highest heat dissipation

Whats included / Package Contents: 2 Qty- PiBOX India Heatsink in a Ziploc bag

Procedure to install:-

1. Please Place the Raspberry Pi Board on a stable surface.

2. Peel the sticker from the Heatsink and gently place on top of the silicon.

3. Please move the heatsink around to ensure that it lines up with the silicon.

4. Allow the heatsink to dry for about 30 minutes

Note:- Please ensure that the Raspberry Pi Motherboard is at room temperature
